Why Us
Urban Humanitarian Care Services, Inc. (UHCS) offers comprehensive Quality Assurance Monitoring, Health Safety Compliance, and support services for both our public and private sector clients. Our team of seasoned professionals has delivered these services to federal, state, and local government agencies in response to nationally declared humanitarian crises or natural disasters. As a nongovernmental organization (NGO) and IRS designated 501(c)(3), we assist our clients in ensuring that federally funded programs meet all laws, regulations, ordinances, court rulings, and orders. We operate on-site in facilities to monitor health, safety, and well-being. Upon incident reporting, our team evaluates the issues and recommends enhancements in processes and policies to achieve compliance. We are dedicated to being our clients' onsite monitoring team, proactively detecting and reporting incidents or concerns to management.

Quality Assurance, Health and Safety Reviews
The Federal government, state agencies, and local government all have laws, regulations, ordinances, and published guidelines for organizations to follow. Our team has extensive experience in ensuring Health Safety Compliance with over 41 state government requirements for program facilities. We develop our health and safety assessments and compliance tools based on these published guidelines, which support our Federal Program Support efforts. We then utilize these tools for Quality Assurance Monitoring to ensure program compliance.
