Why Us
Urban Humanitarian Care Services, Inc. (UHCS) provides Quality Assurance, Health and Safety Monitoring and Compliance for our public and private sector clients. Our experienced team of professionals have provided these services to federal, state, and local government clients following service nationally declared disasters and humanitarian incidents. As a nongovernmental organization (NGO), we assist our clients to ensure federally funded programs on in compliance with laws, regulations, ordinances, and court rulings and orders. We work on-site in facilities to monitor the safety of our clients and staff, and when an incident is reported, our team will recommend process and/or policy changes for compliance. We strive to be our client's monitoring team member there to detect and report to management incidents or concerns.

Internal controls and self monitoring is the best way to improve any federally funded program. We help our clients remain out of media reports and perform internal quality, health and safety reviews so our clients have an opportunity to remediate and improve processes and policies before any court order or audit report. Compliance is our passion.
Quality Assurance, Health and Safety Reviews
The federal government, state agency, or local government all have laws, regulations, ordinances, and published guidance. The UHCS team is experienced with over 41 state and local government requirements for the safety of employees and clients. We create our quality assurance programs, health and safety compliance tools from published rules to ensure we understand what to review and how often.
